Penile Enhancement
Your questions deserve a private, honest conversation.

At a glance
Start with clarity, not a promise
Penile enhancement generally refers to cosmetic changes in length or girth. It is different from treatment for erectile dysfunction or penile curvature, and evidence for many cosmetic procedures remains limited.
Concerns about size, appearance, curvature, or erection quality can overlap, but they call for different evaluations. A urologic assessment helps distinguish normal variation from a condition that may benefit from treatment.
Urology Medical Specialists lists care for penile curvature and penile implants, but its public service list does not confirm cosmetic penile enlargement or filler procedures. This page is an invitation to discuss your concerns, not confirmation that Dr. Vendryes offers a particular cosmetic procedure.
At your consultation, ask about the evidence, potential complications, alternatives, and whether a treatment is actually available through the practice or requires a referral. There is no guaranteed size increase or result.
Understanding your options
What to know before your consultation
Size and appearance
Normal penile size varies. A careful history and examination can put measurements and expectations into context. If appearance-related distress is substantial, counseling may be helpful alongside medical evaluation.
Erection quality
Erectile dysfunction is difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Treatment focuses on function, not cosmetic enlargement, and may include lifestyle changes, medications, devices, or other therapies based on the cause.
Curvature or shortening
New curvature, pain, or a change in shape can reflect Peyronie's disease or another condition. Evaluation and condition-specific treatment are different from cosmetic enhancement. A penile implant is a treatment for selected cases of erectile dysfunction, not a routine enlargement procedure.
